About the Workshop Inspiration

The Windrush Generation played a vital role in shaping British culture, and this workshop is a chance to honour their contributions. My work is inspired by my Caribbean heritage, so I designed this workshop to allow families to celebrate their culture and heritage by creating their own embroidery pieces inspired by the Windrush Generation and Caribbean souvenirs.
