Shipping policy

Delivery is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and value of your order. We’ve tried our best to make sure your order is sent at the best possible price, whilst using the most appropriate options to keep your items safe. At checkout you’ll be given the delivery options available to you.

UK ORDERS

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail or an appropriate UK Courier. Larger or higher value orders may be sent by a different UK courier. The cost of delivery is calculated at the checkout. Please allow 1-3 working days for dispatch. Delivery times vary depending on which delivery service you choose: 

Free Delivery

Royal Mail Tracked 48

Aims to deliver in two to three working days*

This service is tracked. You will receive a tracking number upon dispatch. 

Free Delivery is available for UK orders over £25. 

Free Delivery is not available with orders that include handmade items like handmade bags or wall hangings.

Royal Mail 2nd Class

Aims to deliver within three working days (Monday to Friday). Please note that second-class letters are no longer delivered on Saturdays, so delivery may take longer around weekends. This service is untracked. You will not receive a tracking number upon dispatch. 

Royal Mail 1st Class

Aims to deliver the next working day, including Saturdays*

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We currently deliver internationally to the United States.

We’re working on making our products available to more countries soon! Until then, if you’re outside the USA, you can order through our Etsy shop or send us a message.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All U.S. orders are shipped using the Royal Mail Postal Delivered Duties Paid (PDDP) service. Duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so there are no additional fees or surprises when your order arrives.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If you do not receive your order within 14 working days after dispatch, or your products are damaged, please email hello@tiharasmith.com quoting your order number. If your item is damaged, please attach an image of the damaged parcel. We will do our best to remedy the situation.

International Customers
