RETURNS POLICY

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

I hope you are happy with your Tihara Smith purchase, but if you are not, I am happy to issue a full refund if product(s) purchased are returned within 14 days of purchase. Returns made beyond this time will be refused and sent back to the delivery address of the original order.

To return an order, simply send an email using the contact form on the website detailing your order number, name, contact number, email address and reason for return. Once your return has been authorised, send products back to the below address:

Once your return has been received, and checked to ensure it is all in it’s original condition, you will be notified and issued a full refund.

Customers are responsible for any postage costs when making a return. I am happy to cover postage costs for a return if the return is a result of my error.

Products must be returned in the same condition they were sold. All products returned must be unused and undamaged, with no signs of wear and tear.


HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

If after purchase you change your mind and want to cancel an order, please get in contact as soon as possible. If your order has not been sent out yet, I will issue a full refund. If your order has been sent out already, simply follow the returns procedure, and I will issue a full refund once the product is returned in its original condition.


Is there anything that cannot be returned?

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as ‘On Sale’ at time of purchase

  • ’Made to Order’ and bespoke products.
